Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luna Mesa, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order in accordance with EU consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) received the product(s).
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and cards are still attached

The item is returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Handcrafted Products
Our products are handmade by skilled artisans. This means that small variations in stitching, fabric placement, or finish may occur. These subtle differences are part of the unique character of handmade items and are not considered defects.
Returns based solely on such minor handmade variations are therefore not regarded as returns due to fault or damage.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
After receiving your request, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days
- The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.lunamesa@gmail.com, including photos of the issue. We will of course resolve this with you.
